And Circle are the genre-bending pioneers of the New Wave Of Finnish Heavy Metal, known for wearing spandex or dead fish on stage and singing in a made-up language.

    Together they are... Richard Dawson & Circle! Their epic collaborative album, Henki, may seem like a departure for those who know Dawson primarily from his recent solo albums like Peasant (2017) and 2020 (2019). But in fact, Henki fits seamlessly into the overall picture of two acts that have always strived for unrestrained originality, because although Henki is partly influenced by heavy metal bands, it doesn't sound like a metal album.

    Henki is easily the best Flora-themed hypno-folk metal album you'll hear this year, and it adds an electrifying new chapter to the remarkable history of both bands, marking the beginning of a wonderful partnership.
