Grimes – Geidi Primes

"Geidi Primes" is Grimes' debut album, originally released in 2010. The album surrounds the strange feeling as if it was created entirely unconsciously, almost as if in sleep. Here, mesmerizing pop melodies join, reaching their peak in the fifth and sixth songs of the album: "Avi" and "Feyd Rautha Dark Heart" are frighteningly reminiscent of an inexplicable supernatural experience that you never had. The whole thing sounds like an album recorded for very big people, about what it's like to be very small. Like the scowl of a child king among the robes and decorations of his coronation. listening to "Geidi Primes" is like suddenly becoming aware that you're being watched while taking a shower.... taking a shower on the moon.
